1. Agreement and scope

These terms govern your use of the 11dc.dev website (the “Site”), operated by 11d Work LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“11d Work”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

These terms cover the Site and its pre-launch early-access list only. Use of the future 11d Compiler desktop application, CLI, Alpha program, and related services will be governed by separate terms made available before use or access. If those terms conflict with these terms, the product terms prevail.

The Site may be used by individuals and organizations. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data through the Site.

2. The Site is informational

The Site describes 11d Compiler, a product under development. Its content is provided for information and evaluation. Features, behavior, availability, dates, and pricing may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a contractual offer, a promise of future functionality, or professional advice.

3. Early access

Submitting an early-access request allows us to contact you about 11d Compiler and the Alpha program. Requests are reviewed; access is not guaranteed and may be granted, declined, paused, or withdrawn at our discretion. Product use during the Alpha program will be governed by the separate agreement referenced in section 1.

4. Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback about 11d Compiler, you grant 11d Work LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise use that feedback for any purpose, including developing, operating, and marketing 11d Compiler, without obligation, attribution, or compensation.

Do not send confidential information through the Site or ordinary email. Neither is a confidential channel unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Intellectual property

Except for third-party materials, the Site’s original content, design, graphics, animations, and code are owned by 11d Work LLC. “11d Compiler” and the 11d Compiler logo are names and marks used by 11d Work LLC.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Site for your own evaluation of 11d Compiler. You may quote brief excerpts and share links. You may not otherwise reproduce, frame, or commercially reuse the Site’s content without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not perform bulk or automated extraction, except ordinary search-engine indexing that respects our published crawling signals.
  • Do not probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Do not make false, automated, or bulk early-access submissions.
  • Do not conduct security testing without our prior written permission.
  • Do not use the Site in violation of applicable law.

We may restrict or block access for violations of this section.

7. Third-party services

The Site uses service providers for hosting, security, storage, and business email, and may link to third-party sites such as X. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11d Work LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer rights.

10. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless 11d Work LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the Site, or content you submit through the Site.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Site, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply when posted. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. General

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect and the provision is enforced to the maximum extent permitted. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
