Who we are

11dc.dev (the “Site”) is operated by 11d Work LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“11d Work”, “we”, “us”). Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, 11d Work LLC is the data controller for the processing described here.

Scope

This policy covers the Site and its pre-launch early-access list. It does not govern the future 11d Compiler desktop application, CLI, Alpha program, or data processed through those products. Separate privacy and contractual terms will be made available before product access.

What we collect

• Early-access form. Your email address and the time of submission. Email is required so we can manage your request and contact you about 11d Compiler early access.
• Technical data. Cloudflare processes IP addresses, user agents, request metadata, and logs to deliver and protect the Site. The 11d Compiler waitlist record itself contains your email address and submission time; it does not contain your IP address or browser data.

The Site has no user accounts, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use early-access submissions to manage interest in 11d Compiler, respond to you, evaluate participation in the Alpha program, and arrange access. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in managing early-access requests.

Technical request data is processed to display the Site and maintain its security, availability, and performance. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use analytics, advertising, preference, or cross-site tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to us. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies or similar technologies to protect the Site and distinguish legitimate traffic.

Who receives it

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and waitlist storage. Google provides business email when you correspond with us. These providers process personal data under their own contractual and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We disclose it otherwise only where required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights, users, or the security of the Site.

How long we keep it

We normally delete early-access records within 24 months after the last interaction unless we are still in active contact with you or need limited records for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons. We delete sooner on request unless retention is required for those reasons. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for hosting, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

International transfers

Our service providers are primarily established in the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on applicable recognized safeguards, depending on the provider and transfer. These may include the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions, Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Agreement, and Swiss-recognized safeguards.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and transport encryption. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Automated decision-making

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

You may ask for access to personal data we hold about you and request its correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, these are legal rights and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Children

The Site and early-access list are not directed to anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
